I had my suv checked out I told them lmk if anything is wrong check it all out and got it back saying perfect condition I wonder if they even checked it out. I told them there was a wrench showing on computer and he says just need maintenance done he knew this and do u think they checked it NO when I got it home it says oil change also needed transmission fluid done and a small leak oil by engine as far as I know. I don’t think they even checked it out I trusted them. I called on it he said u didn’t ask me to change oil I said I didn’t know til next day but u knew it said maintenance needed it done I told u that’s why I took it in. Dah when someone tells u to check out all the vehicle it means including fluids hello sounded like they were born yesterday like some people I know. Don’t take it there save your money and time, find someone else. It’s reasonable price when they didn’t do anything.

Okay the staff was very very friendly and kind, however, I went in about a week ago for a tire leak repair. I guess my gaskets were the problem but I needed an oil change today and found out they pumped my max 55psi tire to 50psi!!! I was informed that my tire could have blown at ANY MOMENT! The combination of a way over filled tire and dry rot (which was not mentioned at all) could have taken my life. Therefore the 2 star rating.

If I could I wouldn't even have given this guy one star. I went into his shop asking him to specifically replace my transmission harness because I had personally cut it in half because it was bad. I also asked him to look for a leak in my transmission and diagnose any other issues. After getting my vehicle back, days later as I was driving it. My transmission stopped working. At that point I had another mechanic look at my vehicle to just double check what was going on little did I know that the cut in half harness that I had given this man he had duct taped back together and charged me $1,200 for it. He refuses to take any responsibility for their lies. I have a 2016 Ford F-150 they said that they put 14 quarts of transmission fluid in it and the truck doesn't even hold 14 quarts of transmission fluid. It was confirmed by two other mechanics that it was impossible that he had done a transmission flush on my truck. When we looked at the transmission fluid it was jet black there was not one trace of red transmission fluid in my transmission casing. These two mechanics told me after years of dealing with transmissions if he had done what he said there would be at least a Trace of red

Took my vehicle to the local dealership where I bought it for some work. I was having some major grinding noises on my driver side when making turns and backing up. The dealership quoted me over $3000 and days in the shop for the fix. I called C & T Tire based on a very strong recommendation from some friends. Worked with Chris, who was awesome. He got my vehicle in that day, explained exactly what he thought the issue was and what my options were. Zero pressure. He had the vehicle back to me next day (only because I couldn't pick it up that same night because of my schedule!) and charged me a fraction of what the dealership wanted to charge me. All problems with the vehicle were fixed. They've won my business for all car related issues going forward. Honest folks doing honest work, and doing it extremely well!

I cant say enough great things about this mechanic! Incredible service, great prices, quick turnaround, and a high level of integrity and care. Chris always helps me understand exactly what’s happening with my car, and is incredibly upfront about what needs to be done and with what urgency. Thanks Chris and the whole C&T team! Y’all are doing a great job.
